Payment & Refund

Payments for Infatbugli Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on infatbugli.beauty.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from enquiries@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Qatar norms.
• Hours for payment questions at Infatbugli Atelier: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00. Site reference this site, desk Shop 28.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact enquiries@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Doha unless otherwise stated.
